POLICY

Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.

Payment in full is required at time of online booking and must be paid with a credit card.

Persons paying with cash upon arrival must show a photo ID and leave a credit card on file in the event of additional charges.

Reservations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged in full and are nonrefundable.

Peak season (May 1st – September 20th) reservations must be cancelled more than 14 days prior to your arrival date or you will be charged for the entire stay. More than a 14 day notice you will get your total reservation cost, less the $25 reservation fee.

Off season (September 21st - April 30th) reservations must be cancelled more than 14 days prior to your arrival date and you will get a full refund, less the $25 reservation fee. If you give us less than a 14 day notice of cancellation you forfeit 50% of your reservation total.

Early departures and no shows fall under our cancellation policy and will be charged for the entire stay.

Cancellations must be made ONLY by personally speaking to a staff member by telephone, not by email. Your reservation will not be considered cancelled until you receive a cancellation confirmation.

To provide you with the utmost privacy, we will not enter your room during your stay. Housekeeping would be glad to freshen your room at your request, please just let one of our staff members know.

Kenyon’s and/or its employees are not responsible for any damages due to loss or theft during your stay or items left behind after check-out. We will make every attempt to secure any personal items left behind in the room following check-out and will hold said items for a period of thirty (30) days.

Kenyon’s is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is STRICTLY prohibited both inside and on the outside balconies and porches. THIS INCLUDES ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES AND VAPE PENS. A smoking area in the back yard is provided for our guests, and guests may smoke outside at least 20 feet from the resort. Anyone in violation will be asked to leave and will be charged the full amount of their stay, as well as $250 per room to compensate for cleaning.

No pets allowed anywhere on the premises. Any pets in room will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee. No Exceptions.
